2003 sportsman 500HO question

I want to take the Left foot well off of my sportsman and replace it, it got cracked. Do any of you know where I can get a used one ? I also wondered how hard is it to take off?

4 big screws ,wear your feet sit. and littler screws around the black fender flares and it comes right out.
