1999 500 Sportsman break problem (HELP)

Can any give me dirctions on why my breaks would all four lock-up on my Polaris 500 Sportsman? I rode the day before and it was fine?? The handbar break will not budge?

This may not be it but if the parking break got put on in accident that would hold the lever.
