Most likely if you have no spark its either the Ducati coil pack or stator have failed. This ignition system has been updated to the complete Kokusan ignition system including the stator, flywheel, cdi, coil and new reg/rectifier,plus harness adapters. Instructions are included in the kit. Its nor cheap,a little over $400,but will solve any future ignition problems. I've replaced quite a few kits. OPT

Is the kit you speak of part#2202603? Do you have any suggestions as to where to get it? I found it on motorsportssupercenter.com but not sure how reliable that seller is. Anyone have any experience with them?
Thanks,
Tom

Correct part number! On line it shows the stator but the description is for the updated kit. Can order at any Polaris dealer, just give em the part number for the kit. Not aware of any other supply sources, but possibly others may know. Kit is not cheap, but has a lot of parts. Little over $400 retail, you may be able to find it a little cheaper?? OPT

Thanks OPT!

$406 plus shipping is the best I have found so far but again not sure about that on line source. Not worth checking with my local dealer as they would charge list price plus if they thought they could get away with it!!

needle and seat are bad in the carb, turn the gas off when its not running, you will still have to replace those parts probably. after you replace them start shutting the gas off when not in use and the new one will last longer.
