300 4x4 front brakes, HELP.

Looks like I need to rebuild/replace the front brake cylinders on my '97 300 4x4. Anyone have any experience with this? Can the cylinder be rebuilt like an automotive? I called Honda and they want $48/each for the cylinders and of course I will need 4 for the front end. This is total highway robbery but, then again I believe parts for any wheeler are. Help! Thanks guys.
