Wondering if anyone has done this and with what motor? I know of a guy that put a 97 dr650 motor in a banshee, but had to cut the frame and reweld it to get it in. Thing is suppose to be wicked,,,hopefully will get to ride it soon.

I am looking for something with high displacement to put in my 98 frame. Was thinking of the 427 yamaha motor but it might be too tall for the frame and also its expensive.

Let me know any opinions or knowledge of this hybrid attempt.
