Can anyone tell me if the 894 37 watt bulb will work with the low beam housing and plug on an 03 Sportsman instead of the 880 27 watt that it came with? Looking for a little more light output on low beams without going with HID's. Thanks

 

I did this same bulb swap on my car. It ended up melting the housings and burnt the wiring. If you try it keep a VERY close eye on them to see any signs of heat damage.
