hello there i just purchased an almost new 03 450 kodiak 46 hrs and 180 miles, it has hardly been ridden. my concern is when the bike is warm i still need the have some choke open to run. im not sure if this is normal. i ride a 650 burute force and its choke lever is all the way open after warm up. on the kodiak the bike stalls when the lever is opened all the way. the previous owner said it has been like that since new. is this normal or do i need to adjust the cable and check the plunger travel. or are there any other sugestions for me.

 

i cleaned carb out and main jet was dirty. causing me to use starting jet to compensate with choke.
