sportsman 500 indicator lights don't work. please help

 

Check that transmission gear indicator switches are plugged in and plastic bodies are not cracked or damaged. If this shows to be ok,check under pod for any wiring problems. Switches can wear out on trans,have plastic levers?? Don't know if this helps. OR are you talking about the whole speedo not showing any thing?? OPT
