Default 1997 lt50 oil injection

Hello all, to begin with I bought this quad used for my son. At first it ran great, then it began to have the problems everyone talks about, bogging down or dying when given throttle. But after reading these forums I believe the petcock is the most likely problem, as I did leave it on prime. Hopefully my problems will stop, by changing the oil and leaving it in the on position.
My real ? is the owner before me said he stopped using the oil injection and was just mixing gas and oil. But when I took the plastics off to clean it up I noticed there are a couple of hoses unhooked ( 2 small black ones off the top of the motor and one on the top of the carb, I think that might have been where the oil went in to mix???)and was wondering if these are going to prevent the vacuum I will need to make my petcock perform as it should? Any info or a manual showing where all my hoses should have gone would be greatly appreciated!

I did a little research and found out the tube coming out of the top of the cylinder is a vacuum tube, not sure where it should go. Now the one that comes out of the top of the crankcase is called a breather, same deal I am not sure if it has a destination or just left to flop around!
And the tube that was coming out of the top of the carb is an air vent, and like before not sure if it should be connected somewhere or not. Thanks to anyone who can help.

don't know about the others but the crank case one is just what you say it is a breather and should probably just be some where that wont let dirt or water get into it as it does need to breath. the one on my kids eton viper just comes out and hangs down.

Thanks for the reply, I guess the one that has me stumped is the one out of the top of the cylinder, and on my parts list it is labeled "vacuum tube". I believe it would need a destination to complete a vacuum.

yea not sure what it would be as i am not familiar with this quad try on line search for info or check all over for some thing or place it might go to. my thoughts for vacuum on a quad might be for a fuel pump or maybe the oil injection.don't know if it would have any type of CA. emissions type things. if you find out let me know
