Default tire suggestion for a sportsman 800?

new to the board am i have a 2005 sportsman 800 with a 2'' lift and i am looking to put 14'' itp112 wheels and i want to run a 28'' tire, first will they rub and second we ride 1 mile on pavement then 2 miles on hardpack before we hit the deep sand and deep mud holes so i need a tire that will handle all the above i hope someone out there can help me with this thanks

I have a 08 800 Sportsman and run the Mud Lite XTRs 27" with no lift and the work great for all around use and ware well.

I run maxxis bighorns. They make a variety of sizes, can withstand ANYTHING and go just about anywhere. hand sand and hard pack EXTRMELY well and very good in mud. They have a good profile that fits alot of quads well for their size. like any bigger tire, they have a little weight, about same as xtrs. THey do run a size big... i bought 26" but they are really 27" size wise. Last forever too
