Have decided to purchase aftermarket tires for my 00 Kodiak. Have decided on the new 25x10x12 589's but need advise on rims. I am looking at either the ITP steel or .190 Douglas alum. I am an old fart and do not ride hard, just hunting and some easy mud rides. Are the alum rims worth the extra money and please advise of any disadvantages. I am considering them for the lighter weight. I am keeping my stock tires and rims. Any advise will be appreciated.
