Default Tired of these cheap hilliard rollercages

man these plastic piles of junk are the one thing on polaris i am not ever gonna like. have been trying to find an aluminum one i see they make them for newer models did a little more digging and found that the 05 and 06 800 have a different part number and the 06 is supposed to be aluminum gonna call tommorow and see if the mechanic or parts guy can find out, this is the third rollercage in less than 2 years i'm sick of taking that housing out maybe something else breaks maye not don't care was wondering if anyone knows if the 06 rollercage is aluminum or not thanks guys

I have an 06 800 and i have had to replace mine also (which was plastic). I did some research and found the john deere part numbers that are a direct replacement for a fraction of the price that polaris wants. Hope this helps.

I know Dragon Fire Racing makes an aluminum one for the RZR, maybe others, but not sure if it will work in any other fitments. Might want to try calling them and see what they know.

i'm pretty sure they were all plastic. read something a long time ago about the alum. ones causing other issues, but can't rememebr what. they are a weak point in the fornt end for sure.
