ive checked the spark and cleaned the carb but when i had the carb off i was lookin at the piston while i was rollin it over and it seem like the piston isnt comin down far enough because i thought that it would come down so i could see on top of the piston but its just comin down just passed the ring and ive tryed flooding it but it does seem to get the plug wet any ideas please help me out thanks

 

Sounds like low compression needs to be over 100psi.But check the exhaust pipe for raw gas first.
