I have a problem with the raptor 80. Everytime i would rev it, instead of returning to normal idle, it stalls when its below idle. Sometimes it would shut off if i'm in 1st gear and it would pop alot more now. Planning to sell the quad or give it to my cousin in perfect condition, please help!

 

the carb on that bike is notorious for a pluged pilot jet,replace jet instead of cleaning it,sometimes you cantget them to flow right after cleaning.take out mixture screw and make sure intire pilot circut flows when you put mixture screw back in tun it in until lightly seated then out 1/2 turn to 3/4 turn then start and warm it up before u ride it, see what happens make sure base idle is enough to run but not to hi that it jumps when in gear
