warrior 350 doesn't turn over
#1
I was having trouble with my starter and saw a few other topics that were similar but couldn't find them again so here's mine. Most of the time when i hit the start button the starter wouldn't turn and i just heard a click from the solenoid. i thought i had a bad ground, dead battery or wiring problem but soon found that when i took the starter apart i saw the brushes were worn down pretty bad. (they should be about 5/8" long) So i ordered a rebuild kit for $27.00 from ebay and just got it fixed! so if you want to rebuild your starter it's pretty easy and quick. just pay attention to all the washers cause when you take it apart the magnetic fields will usually make them fly off if you're not carefull. anyway if you experience the same symptoms i had this is most likely your problem, if the battery isn't dead cause the solenoid will "click" then too. hope this helps.
