Question 09 Brute Force cam and head torque specs

Hi, had what appears to be a common issue - the atv died while going through water a little over the floor boards. I'm in process of doing a top end however have not been able to locate the torque specs for head bolts and cam bolts. Can anyone help? Would really like to get this completed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
