Default Extended Warranty Nightmare

Ok, I been on enough Kawis now for 17 years. I love the bike, not happy with customer service. Kawi is pushing me to deal with the dealer and the dealer is saying deal with Kawi..... surprise! I even went back to the dealer that I bought the warranty and bike from.

My issue is I have the extended warranty and Kawi is not covering the bearing in the front diff, which they are claiming is a wear part. First I don't use 4x4 very often, and I don't mud the machine and I switch the dif fluids evey second oil change aprox. 2000km. I'm not able to get a real answer out of Kawi, the answer I got so far is that if the bearing went in the first 6 months it's covered but after that it is not covered. There is only 13,000km on the machine, and my 650 has 32,000 and no problems with bearing on that... I can see them not covering the seal, I'm on the fence about the rear wheel bearings but the bearing that's completely internal? What did I drop 1800 dollars on the warranty when they handle their claims this way? IT is very poor when Kawi pushes their warranties being the same as factory, unlimited milage, hasslefree etc and my experiences is far from that. I'm the same person that Kawi told me my 650 needed a "power-tune-up" when they would not cover my starting problems on my 02 kawi when it was still under warranty back when that machine only had 14000km on it. If you have personal experiences you can email me at jason(dot)calnen(at)gmail.com so I know I'm not alone.
