Need help on my kids 02 bombardier ds50 it acts like the choke is stuck

Need help on my kids 02 bombardier ds50 it acts like the choke is stuck. I have messed with the air fuel mix. I bought a new cdi box, New carb, new plug, and still can't figure it out. It will start right up and idle just perfect but once you give it the throttle it acts like it has no throttle and it just acts like it is at a rev limiter but its not even revved up enough pull its self off. Some one please help. Also does any one know how to check to see if automatic choke works. I checked pipe for spark arrestor and there isn't on in it. I bought it used and it ran great hauled me around. I parked it before Christmas and bought all new plastic and stickers for it. Put it back together and now it is doing this. I haven't even giving it to my kids yet because I can't get it to run. Thanks

there is manual choke kit you can buy from a polaris dealer part#2874547. Auto choke is a little motor was a bad idea. I replaced the auto choke with this manual choke.
