Question warrior 350 cylinder on kodiak 400

I got a great deal on a 1997 yamaha kodiak 400 4x4, it had 1500 miles and I picked it up for $200 dollars. I new that the engine would not turn over when I bought it and come to find out the connecting rod was broken and punched a hole in the bottom of the crankcase. I also noticed that it tore up one of the shift forks, piston and cylinder when the connecting rod broke. I disassembled the engine and tore the atv down to a bare frame and sand blasted and painted everything as well as replacing the wheel bearings and brakes and bought a used crankcase off of ebay. So anyhow, now onto my question, I have a friend with a warrior 350 engine that was just rebuilt that I can get at a good price. I have seen warrior 350's with 400 cylinders, heads, and cranks in them to get the 400cc and I was wondering if anybody knows if I can put a warrior 350 crank, piston, cylinder and head on my kodiak 400 crankcase and have it work. Thanks in advance for any help.

I bought a used crankcase off of ebay and am just using all the transmission gears out of the old one.
