Flashing FI usually means error code(s) might have been captured by ECU. There are two ways to check what the error code(s) might be.
1. Using dealer mode. Need manual.
2. Hook up KDS software. Need take it to dealer.

If no error code is found in ECU, the FI light can also flicker for a few seconds or so where there is a strong electrical interference or voltage surge in the wiring harness like when fan motor is drawing excessive amout of current.
