Hello

I'm attempting to install a Dynojet kit in this Warrior, but ran into a snag right off.
After removing the carb top plate, the next step is to remove the needle. Well, the two needle valve plate screws are just not loosening up. If I put any more torque on them, they will strip the phillips fittings out.. Then I'm screwed.. no pun intended.
I've soaked them with Liquidwrench a few times but no go..
So what does one do in a case like this?

i call it pb blaster.....works far better than liquid wrench.....look for it, found at most automotive stores/hardware stores...i live byt he stuff....let that soak in for a day or so, the liquid wrench will only get so far...sometimes trying to tighten them just a little will help break the stress rather than loosening it......i wouldn't try this till after soaking them in pb blaster though

 

Ok thanks draarong, I'm headin into town this afternoon so I'll look around for it.

 

I use a impact driver with screwdriver bit to loosen screws in carb you just dont want to hit to hard and break the carb
