150cc ATA-150B taotao throttle issues

so i was riding my 4 wheeler and all of the sudden my throttle got loose and i couldnt move. a piece that held the throttle broke. some sort of bracket and i dont know what its called. any help?

On the handlebar? Just buy a whole new throttle / front brake assembly. When I replaced mine last time (roll over crash) I bought one for $25.
