Hello I got my $100 Bayou 220 running finally and it runs great! One problem though, at low idle, I hear a knock, not terrible but concerning. Does not sound like a valve tick. Once the idle is up, it stops knocking but when I stop, there it is. I have adjusted the new carb and looked in the manual, it says wrong spark plug or carbon build up or wrong fuel. Does that sound right? Since it only happens at low RPM, I am baffled. On a car, if it's a rod, it knocks all the time so I assume the same is for an ATV. Help someone! Thanks, Billy

 

Mine does that. Changed the oil and filter too 20w/50 and it made it alot better but if it is at low idle i here it i turned the idle up just a hair and it made it go away. As hard as i've ran mine it aparently doesent matter!
