Default 08 sportsman x2 motor mount

well finally got some down time from plowing and tore into the quad to fix the creeping problem. There seems to be a fair amount of movement in the front motor mount about 1" side to side is this right maybe a bit more??? Sure doesnt seem right to me just not sure. I realize it should move a bit to dampen engine vibrations but not that much thanks

What's the mileage on your '08 and what type of driving do you do?

I really just use this machine for plowing snow commercailly and around the yard during the summer. Its has 3600 miles on it!!
As far as the mount I ordered the H/D one but for last night I needed to go down and do a salt session with the quad so I just drilled the rubber out to accept a steel sleeve and bolted it solid until the new one arrives. I does vibrate a bit worse this way but functioned just fine made me 400 last night with it!!!
