Question NEED HELP 1996 polaris trailboss

i got a 96 polaris trailboss.. it has brand new rebuild carb cleaned many times floats are set right.. air?fuel ratio set good... but it starts up and idles perfect but if you give it mid throtle or more it bogs like crazyy

Hey mate,
I had the same problem until I found 2 NOT original holes made on top of the cover air box. Being old and deteriorated with cracks as well as where the screws didn't tighten it down properly.
I'm having the same problem with mine again as you will notice in my question.,.. I found the box air flow system has to be sealed completely,..if there are any leaks from the box it bogs down, I think its designed that way. (Vacuum)It fixed it and ran like a dream, though its had it and have ordered another new one hoping it will fix the bodgie job I done on it last time.

I have seen that when those machines flood the fuel goes into the crankcase. causing a major fuel over load . Could try running it with fuel tank off till it clears.
