i have a 1996 polaris sportsman 500 4x4 and need a flywheel.the number on mine is ff95.will a ff95 of of an 05-06 polaris sportsman 500 ho 4x4 work on mine? if anyone could answer that for me it would be alot of help thanks.

 

You don't want the same type you have on the 96,get the later model flywheel,the magnets are enclosed and won't tear up the stator.Your flywheel has been superceded anyway to the better ones. The 05 and 06 are updated ones,BUT stators are a little different and different # than your 96 flywheel has been change to,BUT might work . OPT
