Keeping aluminum shining?

I got polished aluminum rims and a polished thumb throttle cover. What do I need to do cleaning and maitenance wise to keep them shining their best?

mothers aluminum and mag polish... worked miracles for me!

I used Mothers Aluminum Polish on 2 year old ITP rims. They look better than the day I got them.
