Default LT80 new piston & carb rebuild wont start.

I have a 1989 LT80 had some scoring and low compression so had the jug honed and bought a new wiesco piston and rings (installed arrow to the exhaust). cleaned the carb out real well and installed a rebuild (new jets, float valve and seat, needle valve, and gaskets) My problem now is the thing wont start. I have great spark and compression 120psi. Plug is getting wet when I crank it over but the thing wont start. About the only thing I have not checked yet is the reeds can this be a problem with starting I had heard that if they are bad the engine will still run just not very well.....

Help please this thing is driving me crazy.

I'm wondering if ful has flooded the bottom end.
Apply full throttle and try to start it.
