We have used this machine very little,it has 150 miles on it.been parked for 2 years in the dry,got it out the other day replaced the battery and tried to start it,but it is getting no spark at the plug.ran fine when we stored it,What would be a good starting point to check.

First I would check all connections, could be ground problem OR if like some parts of the country like mine, field mice love to make a meal out of insulation on wires. I would us an electrical grease (nyogel) for all connection also. Condensation can happen also after sitting up and could be rust on pick up coil in stator area. Plus check left switch connections and nyogel. This is a start. Hope this helps. OPT

Since its still a fairly new model, used harness might be hard to find and the last one I did I had to replace the harness as Polaris won't sell replacement connectors. If possible (if you have enough wire on connector left) I would try to splice OR you can try to have just the connector itself repaired with new leads. There are guys out there that can remove the internal pins and add wires long enough to splice. There is a tool made (Snap-On I think) to remove the internal pins in connectors. Worth a try as harness is probably over 200 dollars. PS don't remember if your model was on the ecm recall also for 2005 models?? Sure its mice OR maybe melted wires? OPT
