Need your input on this one. I called my local accessories store and got prices on two types of ITP rims. First the black center chrome rimmed ITP's for $102 a piece, then the steel ITP rims for $76 a piece. I'm looking for something thats going to be stronger than stock rims and also something that won't rust to bad in the winter. Also, I don't want something to heavy either.

I was wondering how the Aluminum ones were. Are they as tough as the ones above? I know that they shouldn't rust in the winter and there probably a hell of a lot lighter, especially the steel ones.

Your feed back on these rims would be appreciated and any other good suggestions would be great..

What size wheels are you buying? I just bought a set of Mud Sharks for my 400ex. The tires were 57.00 each and I got them mounted on ITP steel wheels, the total was $154.99 for two tires and wheels. $76.00 sounds very high for an ITP steel wheel.

I got mine at Rocky Mountain ATV, and I got steel wheels because I only plan on using them in the woods, I couldn't see spending more on a wheel that will just get tore up in the woods. If I were racing I could see trying to get rid of a few lbs., but in the woods having fun you won't even notice it.

Hey, we got to keep in mind that I live in Canada and its gonna cost me more down here than in the states. If I order from Rockymountain, its still going to cost me for shipping and duty across the border. I'm used to high prices and even higher once they add that dam 15% tax.

I beleive the wheels I'll be getting for the Wolverine are 12" rims just like stock.
