My brother just got a set of Bills pipes for his 96 Blaster as well as Boyeson reeds and a Uni filter. Otherwise the engine is stock. Any idea what the jetting should be? Our elevation is about 600-700 above sea level. Can the timing be advanced on the Blaster to give it more power too?

The rule of thumb in rejetting is to go 1 size fatter main jet for each air flow improvement which would = two for filter & pipe. You're under 1000' elev. which would be basically sea level, however, only only your particular engine & riding style would give an accurate indication thru testing & plug reading.
