We had a great ride on Poteau mountain today, it was hot, but a beautiful day to be in the woods. We rode over the mountain and over into the next town for an ice cream break, which was about a 30 mile round trip. The trail was very steep with deep canyons running the edge of the trail in places; it will be beautiful to ride in the fall when the leaves turn colors. Hope everyone had a good safe weekend riding, we did.

 

Looks like some old PoPos you have there. Almost any day riding is better than a day spent sitting around.

 

The wife and I are on a 2011 sportsman 500HO Touring, my brother is on his 1998 Explorer 400 and the sister in law is on her 1995 Trailboss 250. As a retired aircraft mech, I'm the family mechanic and have been tasked with the upkeep of anything that has more than two moving parts on it; they all keep me busy, but I enjoy doing it.
