Here is the specs on it, 1999 Arctic Cat 300 4X4 ATVs

Usually AC just uses Suzuki,s motors but in this case the also use Suzuki's drive train also, it pretty well a 300 King Quad which was the first ATV to have IRS ( independent rear suspension)

There real hard core utility ATVs with not just a low range but also a super ultra low range and diff lockers for true all 4WD.

great atv. i had one myself. The one thing i recommend is to find a better air filter, one that you can oil. In the manual for the 300, it states in big black letters,"DO NOT OIL AIR FILTER", My rings were shot after 1200 miles due to dirt getting through. I did alot of dusty riding too. other than that it ran great, and use wet clutch safe oil.
Oh my regulator shot craps as well, made the battery drain,$80 part at the time.
