I am still waiting on my raptor to come in. I was wondering if Yamaha has made any changes to parts,etc. since they started production? Can't wait to get mine. It was suppose to be here the 1st or 2nd week of march. I am begining to think the dealer stretched to truth of its arival date to secure the deposit.

 

I was waiting to hear from you about the status of your Raptor. Chris said that there was still a blue one up there last weekend and one used one out front. I think he said they still wanted list price for the used one. I would have called about the track construction but I know the rain has kept us out of the project. I just got new sprockets and tires for the Raptors and can't wait to try them out. Stay in touch.

Raptorrrc-checked on the raptor today. Mike said it should arrive next thrusday 3/22/01. I am getting tired of waiting on it to come in. This weather is really starting to get old. I have not done anywork on the trails. I hope that next week is a lot nicer. I am closing on 2 one acre lots in deer creek tommorow. The plan is to rent a john deere 555 track loader for a month, and a dump truck for a week. I need to spend about 5 days working around my house, track and pond,2 days on trails, 1 day on the lots at deer creek, 14 days on my dads place and a few at my little sister's house. She has 65 acres across from woodland hills and the new golf course. (could make a few trails there. My dad is wanting me to buy that area where we hauled the dirt out of for a fair price. It seems like none of this is ever going to happen!!! If we could just get some decent weather!!!I am ready to ride!!! If the raptor is not in next friday i am thinking of locating one and get the deposit back. They claim that the blue raptor inside at Longhorn is sold. (it has been there for weeks) They told me 6700. on the used one outside. Mike said they had a raptor in service that is wrecked. Said the owner let someone ride it for a minute and the kid wrecked it. (sound familiar) If the weather will ever clear up i have about 45 days work and then i plan on playing alot. I look forward to riding with all of you this year.

 

So i guess that yamaha has made no changes since the raptor started production? Does any one know how many raptors will be made in 2001? thanks.

 

Thanks for the update. We are looking forward to getting together too. We are leaving for Kermit next Thursday evening and will stay until Sunday. I have a new set of holeshots to try out and Chris has a set of sand tires to run now. I have not rode the new one since being at you house. I guess it will stay new for a while longer.
