Is true that a prairie will easly outrun a kodiak"ultramatic" from top to bottom?I find that a little hard to beleive.

 

I've never race a kodiak on my prarie, but I do know this my 99 4x4 in stock form would go from 0-45 pretty darn quick then make it's way up to 56mph. I ran a grizzly last week and we stayed close together until he started pulling from me at about 25-30mph. Yes he walked off and left me but thats a fast 600 and I'm on 26" tires (he runs stock).

 

Without question the prairie has more power due to the Kawasaki Automatic Powerdrive System (KAPS) but I in speed I would think that they would be dead even.
