Cool 1998 Yamaha Big Bear 4x4 350

Can anyone tell me how to pull a front wheel bearing to see if it needs replacing or just repacking with grease?
I have pulled the break drum/lining and 4 srews & back plate clear down to the axle.
I cannot see how to get to the bearing. The axle is making a loud screeching noise as the wheel turns. Seems to be on only one side-left.

If are checking wheel bearings it is best to do with the tire/wheel still on the quad. Just jack up the front end and see if the wheel has a bunch of play in it...the bearings are not greasable (at least none that I have ever seen). If there is play in the wheel, they will need replaced! If you are unfamiliar with how to do that, post back and we can walk you through it!
