chain slipping off of my quadzilla dinli 150cc please help!

Unhappy chain slipping off of my quadzilla dinli 150cc please help!

i bought a quadzillia dinli 150cc bike when i went to see the quad the bloke had it on a axle stand on the rear and all seemed well i didnt ride it as it was on a main road and no insurance tax and so on.got it home and chain straight off put the chain back on and chain tensioner broken but surley it shouldn't be coming off like this still so quickly.also the front sprocket looks out of line with the rear please help!

Out of line is the problem. Its driving the chain off whenever you hit the gas.
