Whats the best way to dial in a idle jet, it seems that off the line should be better. Current config is 42 idle and 195 main the other motor mods are listed in my sig. I have bought a few more idle jets 45,48 and 50 and up to a 200 main.

If you're sure the problem is in the pilot jet circuit, you might try the 45. I wouldn't think a fatter pilot than that would be necessary.
