Default Lower a-arm bushings

How do you get the bushings out to replace them with new ones? The inside one is broken off at the collar.

you should be able to push it out from the other side- with a screw driver or something...

BG, do you need to take the arm off completely or just drop the inside?

I jacked up the on the frame to allow the tires to hang- removed the tire and then removed the a-arms & shock and replaced all the bushings (using a small flat head screw driver to pry the old bushings out) - it was all pretty easy.
I guess it depends on which bushings you're looking to replace...

It's a lot easier to do the bushings when the a-arm is out.

Also- grease the bushings before you tighten the a-arm bolts. I found when I tried to grease the a-arms after I tightened the bolts, it didn't allow the grease to squeeze out the ends and created an air pocket in the bushing- preventing the grease from going in.
You'll see what I'm talking about-
