Welcome to the forum! The brake light switch is in the "tee" where all three brake lines mount under the front panel in front of the fuel tank.It screws in the back of the "tee" with the wiring connectors. Its a pressure activated switch that works off brake pressure. OPT

Default brake light switch

There is nothing on or around the tee. was the switch part of the tee, did it screw in or was it in line. Someone must have taken it off, looks like new hoses. thanks

On parts breakdown from 91-93 doesn't show the brake switch ,but on the 94 Trail Boss shows it on the back of the inline block for the three brake lines, part #4110164. Hard to find on the 94 I do remember this! the inline block is mounted to the frame (there is a hole in the frame) and the switch is on the other side of the frame on the inline block under the fuel tank! Reach under the tank and see if you can feel it! Get back to us! OPT
