Sounds like the water shorted out a sensor connection, may be a good idea to pull all the electrical and sensor plugs apart, give them a spritz of WD-40 to displace any water (or use an air gun to blast them dry) then put a dab of dielectric grease in each one before reassembly. ECU inputs are real picky about moisture and corrosion, the only drawback with newer quads, almost as many sensors and hookups as a new car. Dry out all the connections, pull the battery to give the ECU a chance to reset, and see if that helps, if not, you may need to go to the dealer so they can hook up and see where the fault is coming from. Good job on the oil changes and checking for water in the block by pulling the plug, nasty things happen when you try to crank over a combustion chamber with liquid in it !!!
