Did you ever check to see if the end of the axle might be bent? Also do you have two washers on the face of the hub then the nut? One thing I've seen is even with the two washers sometimes the hub can still wiggle a little after the nut is tightened. You can add a third washer which will allow the hub to be tightened a little snugger against the axle flange which may stop the hub splines from stripping. OPT

How do you drive. My 98 Trailblazer and My 2000 Trailblazer both have the original hubs and tires. We take it to the off road park and ride them hard. Never ride on pavement or do laps on hard pack. Trailblazers have a Live axle any turning on hard pack will cause one tire to slip and add more load to tire and hub. When you tighten the nuts is there any play. There should be none.
