05 Rally 200 carb adjustment? Help!!
#1
Bought this 05 rally with the common broke trans problem. When I purchaced It would start and seemed to run fine but was not able to drive because of the trans. Well I fix the trans pulled the carb off and cleaned while everything was apart. Cranks and runs at idle no problem. But when you go to take off it bogs but doesn't cut off. Ajusted the air fuel mixture needle just about every where. got it to take off but top end would bog, adjusted got it to just bog midrange. It seems to behave different every time I get on it runs different. Changed plug. What is going on? any suggestions? Very frustrated

Ok here is an update. Pulled the carburetor off and cleaned again. put back on crank and ran pretty good. Parked for about an hour. Started and ran like crap. What is going on? Any suggestions even if you don't have the same atv. Could it be the cdi?
