Need help with Brake Resivoir Piston...
#1
I need to take out the piston in the resivoir, I think it is leaking so I might need a new one or a re-build kit or whatever. I just want to see what's going on because the brakes never seem to work properly, and the brake cylinders are new so I know it ain't them that's causing trouble.
I took off the brake lever and tried to pull out the piston...it wont budge, how do you take it out??...It looks impossible. It feels like the piston is seized so I probably need a new one.

I took the resivoir apart but the piston wouldn't come out. There is one of those c ring clamps holding in the piston, I couldn't get it out.
I will call the dealer maybe later this week and ask them about it.
