Default Throttle Control
Can the throttle on a 2002 LT-A50 be adjusted like a governor so that a small child can't go to fast? I have no manual to look at or any friends near home I could ask. If there is a way fill me in please. Thanks!

I'm sure that there is a screw on the thumb throttle that limits the throttle travel.
