Just pulled the wires from the switch, cleaned then and reinstalled. Still broken. Pulled the speedo off to get to the 6 wire plug but my plug had many more than 6. More like 10 wires. I called it quits... it's 1 am here...

 

Never had this problem brought into the shop,only had problems with the early models with the over ride module,but yours is built into the speedo. There are some members that have been able to bypass this in the speedo and hopefully they will give you directions. Other than that the speedo would have to be replaced. Plus had the ecm recalls on 05 and 06 models,don't know if this would have any effect on it? OPT

 

I contacted the guy i bought it from (a week ago...) and he said it worked. Maybe a loose wire or something...
