I never had to replace bulbs on this indicator(#4010406),but I have replaced some of the transmission switches. You can pull the pod to check for power with a test light or meter on the indicator panel reverse light wire,if no power then usually the plastic lever could be worn down or cracked on the transmission switch. It's the one towards the rear on on the transmission #3233635. OPT

I think Stendori is right,I misread your post! Thought you DIDN'T have a reverse light!! You should only have reverse and neutral that lights up and another space for the hot light, cant remember exactly if any thing else?? Chalk it up to old age or senility I guess, can remember somethings from 20 years ago,but can forget what happened just a couple years back! Guess I'm stuck in the 80's and 90's or just need to check into a memory unit for treatment OPT
