Default Polaris Hawkeye Clutch Bolt

I'm trying to change out the clutch rollers in my Hawkeye to the 12 grams, and the stupid clutch bolt won't come off. I bought a 33mm impact socket, and it's a bit big, but does work. I had a harborfreight impact wrench good for 250 ft/lbs of torque, and it would no budge! So I bought a Kobalt impact wrench from Lowes that's good for 350 ft/lbs, and that bolt still won't come off! Is there some kind of trick?

Any help would be great, thanks!

Apply a little heat to the nut area(not too long) and try the impact again. This nut shouldn't be that tight or hard to remove. Don't think it's reverse threads (as far as I can remember) but just impact a little clockwise, then counter clockwise. OPT

Thanks a lot for the input! I assume you mean heat up the nut itself, so it will expand off the threads, correct? I'll try that today, thanks again!

Just around the nut in case there is a lot of thread locker on the shaft. This will heat it up along with expand the nut a little.OPT

I got it off, and it's exactly my luck that the ATV I bought in Texas, was originally purchased in Colorado, and so has the 12 gram rollers already installed. I have wasted like 40 bucks and 2 hours of my time, hahahahaha.

It should be noted, however, that a 30mm socket is a FAR better fit than 33mm, in case anyone else goes about this.
