1999 Honda 300ex wont start

I just put my new big gun rev box on and now it wont start. it turns over but wont fire. any suggestions on what to do next? Thanks

Did it run before you put the big gun rev box on? If so put the stock box back and see if run.

Some of the aftermarket CDI boxes need a fresh battery at full voltage to fire, and they are known to go out more than the stock ones. make sure the battery is fully charged, and like Topgun said, try the stock one and see if it starts. could be you just got a bad one.
