Hensim 150cc drive will not engage

Took the quad out today was working great after awhile it started coming out of drive.. Sounds like something was just spinning inside the trans... My suggestions??????

What type motor do you have. If it is a gy6 clone motor (same motor found in 150ccthe scooters) it sound like you broke the cvt drive belt, which is an easy and inexpensive fix. I usually keep a couple on hand. They range from $10-$50. I just use the less expensive kinds found on ebay.

That's what I thought so I removed the side cover and the belt was good.. So I was checking it out and I have to rev the eng high so the auto clutch will engage then it jumps forward and comes out of gear...

When it jumps out if gear, is the clutch still engaged (the clutch bell still spinning)? If it is still engaged then your issue is in the reduction/reverse gear box. If the bell does not stay engaged your issue is the clutch. Either the clutch pads are worn or the clutch springs.

I agree with all of Archinut's observations.
Here is a simlar (recent) post with perhaps some more info to ponder:

Be sure to read from top to bottom. The middle section gets off subject a bit, but it is back on track towards the end.
